Training
In addition to the telephone and e-mail support that you receive as a customer of WinEasi™, we also have training programs available for those that want it. All training programs include a full overview of the system you have chosen, a training manual for later reference and assistance in setting up the system to address your specific needs. Depending on the complexity of your business, the size of the system you are purchasing and the technological sophistication of your staff, you can decide how much time you wish to spend on training.
1 Full Day: The Cost for a full day is $500.00, plus travel expenses.
For most facilities, one full day of training is sufficient. Exceptions would be based on number of individuals that require training. In most cases, no more than three people can participate simultaneously.
2 Full Days: The cost for 2 days is $1000.00, plus travel expenses.
Most clients don't require training with our software. The trial version now includes an interactive tutorial to guide you through the software. The most common reason for training is a desire to get the software up and completely functional quickly. Also, as with all training, it allows the user a more thorough understanding of the software's capabilities. However, if you are purchasing a QuickBooks Export package, we strongly recommend training of at least one full day. This allows us to help you set it up, ensure that the information is being properly imported into QuickBooks, and if necessary we can offer a portion of the training to focus on QuickBooks itself.

Setup
Another time saver: let us setup your menus, rooms, packages, etc. We can usually do all of the set up for a small to average facility for $500.00. This includes reviewing the data we need to receive from you to do the setup, the actually data entry, and a one hour telephone conference, once you receive the setup data, to review how everything was done and how to use it in your system.
In addition, we can also provide a combo setup/training session. If you prefer, we can travel to your facility setup your data and provide a training session. The cost of this is also$500.00/day plus travel expenses.

Website Design
Creating a presence on the World Wide Web has become a business necessity in the past ten years. However, the expense is often excessive compared to the perceived value. Also, it is hard to find a designer that understands the nature of the food service/event management business.
With these things in mind, we have decided to offer an alternative to our clients. We will design a small website for you - five pages customized to your needs including any pictures, graphics, logos etc. that you would like incorporated, assist in both marketing issues and specific website issues that you will need to be aware of, and post the initial website for you. We do not host websites, however, a small website hosting program is frequently included in the cost of internet service providers. The cost of this is $500.00 and up.
