Now, let's look at that for a moment. Many companies require that you buy a license for each user you want to set up. At EASI, however, we feel that once you have purchased the software, you should be able to use it on as many individual computers in your facility as you want.
Full customer support -- this can mean a lot of different things to different people. At EASI, we feel that supporting our product means supporting our customer. We'll be happy to answer all of your questions, from setting up your menus to setting up WinEasi™ on a network. Many of our customers will fax us copies of their menus so that we can address their individual needs. We'll talk you through the initial set up, we'll help you determine how best to convert your menus into something easily manageable on the computer, we may even have helpful comments on designing a logo!
We all know that no two businesses function in the same way -- and buying a software package doesn't mean that you want to fit yourself into some software engineer's idea of the perfect event manager. Likewise, many software systems are "designed by other event managers," but these have been designed to their specific needs. You need software that can be tailored to your individual needs.
