They need a room for four days, including coffee service in the morning, a separate room setup for a lunch buffet and soda and water each afternoon. All you would need to do is set up a single contract: the first 'segment' would be the morning meeting with coffee service: the second 'segment' would be lunch in a separate room: the third segment would be the afternoon meeting with Cold Drink Service.
