Do you manage events with multiple rooms, multiple food services or both? With the Extended Event Manager, you can create multiple event sheets, with a single summary contract form and consolidated invoicing.
Sound confusing? Imagine a client calls and is planning to have a Training Seminar for some of their employees. They need a room for four days, including coffee service in the morning, a separate room setup for a lunch buffet and soda and water each afternoon. Now imagine that you have WinEASI including the extended event manager. All you would need to do is set up a single contract: the first 'segment' would be the morning meeting with coffee service: the second 'segment' would be lunch in a separate room: the third segment would be the afternoon meeting with Cold Drink Service. Then, you can use WinEasi™'s Cloning feature to copy these three segments onto the next three days. That's it, you're done.
